Financial Accounts and Business Management
- Prepare and reconcile the recognized and deferred revenue. Analyze and report on the revenue and address any variances.
- Manage the daily revenue reconciliation and resolve variances.
- Ensure that customer payments are collected through an established procedure.
- Journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare and lead an Accounts receivable (AR) Review of current outstanding AR with head of finance weekly.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activities.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.
- Assist with the preparation and review financial statement reporting on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Work with auditors to complete annual audit.
- Handling Suppliers Inquiries.
- Checking Trial Balance and balance Sheet Periodically.
- Using QuickBooks Accounting System.
- Using Peachtree Accounting System.
- Creating Pricing Feasibility Studies (Restaurants).
- Using Databases Queries for detecting Ledger Mistaken Entries.
- Mixing Between MS-Excel and MS-Access for Generating Various Reports Required by Management.
Visual Basic (VBA) Programmer (Microsoft Access)
- Codes, tests, debugs, and documents programs, and enhances existing programs to
ensure that production systems continue to meet user needs. - Coordinates interface with user management regarding project status, direction and
user needs to promote an environment of user cooperation and satisfaction. - Coordinates with the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing
and certification of software. - Contributes to the development of high-level system architecture documents and
detailed design specifications to serve as a guide for system/application development. - Maintains a high-level understanding of industry application development best
practices, tools, programming languages and techniques. Keeps current with new
developments in the information technology industry and assists in the development
and implementation of standards and methodologies at the organizational and
departmental levels. - Coordinates with analysts and consultants in the design and development of new
software applications. - Works with external software suppliers to coordinate software integration and
resolution of problems.
